    • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

    • We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

    • Please ensure that your address is accurate before completing your checkout.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery:

    • Domestic Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for all orders within the U.S.

    • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.

    • International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries with rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination.

  3. Delivery Times:

    • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days.

    • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost).

    • International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

  4. Order Tracking:

    • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

  5. Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at (angelscrations32@gmail.com) within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

    • Non-returnable items include beauty products, skincare products, custom-made items, and final sale items.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, email us at (angelscreations32@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the return package.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

    • If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  4. Exchanges:

    • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at (angelscreations32@gmail.com).

  5. Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

    • Personal care items like skincare products, haircare products, and feminine hygiene products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

    • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.

    • If you’re returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
