Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Please ensure that your address is accurate before completing your checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Domestic Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 for all orders within the U.S.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.
International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries with rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Delivery times vary by destination.
Delivery Times:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost).
International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at (angelscrations32@gmail.com) within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate

Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include beauty products, skincare products, custom-made items, and final sale items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email us at (angelscreations32@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the return package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at (angelscreations32@gmail.com).
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
Personal care items like skincare products, haircare products, and feminine hygiene products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.
